Reverse Mortgage Counseling (description)
TLC is a HUD approved reverse mortgage counseling agency. Homeowners age 62 or older are eligible to receive a special type of home loan that lets a homeowner convert a portion of the equity in his or her home into cash. Unlike a traditional home equity loan or second mortgage, no repayment is required until the borrower(s) no longer use the home as their principal residence. The counselors at TLC will work with you to determine which reverse mortgage option is best for you.
