Here is how the process works:

• You must fill out the questionnaire completely and return it to us with $15.00 per applicant (adult member of the household) for your credit report. If you have a credit report that's less than one month old, we can use it and it won't cost you a dime!
  You can download the questionnaire (word format) or obtain it from our office.



• Once we receive your questionnaire, analyze your income, expenses, and credit report, we will get back to you. At that time, we will go over your credit with you and tell you what price range you pre-qualify for, or what you need to do if you have credit issues to take care of.



• You will need to attend home buyer education classes. We provide these classes monthly free of charge. Check our events calender for class schedules, then call us to register for the next available class.
