Due to growing evidence of transmission risk from COVID-19 asymptomatic persons and our continued focus to assist in reducing the transmission risk to our clients and employees, TLC in-person office hours have been changed. In person office hours are now limited only to Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. TLC will only allow 3 people in the office at a time and you must wear a face mask. If you arrive and there are more than 3 people in the office, you will be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle until a person exits. Upon entry you must have your temperature taken and immediately use the provided hand sanitizer prior to walking in the front office. During these limited hours, you may stop by to pick up or drop off documents, or submit the processing fee for credit counseling. TLC will be open on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by telephone and email only. Thank you for assisting in helping to reduce the spread of the virus and for your patience.
