First, you will need an email address to register for class. Next, click on the following ClientMAX Portal link to TLC's secure service management system and add the information to create a personal profile in the ClientMAX system. Then, choose a date from the schedule and register for class. When your registration is complete, you will receive an email from Cft@counselormax.net confirming your enrollment request has been received. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your Spam, Junk, and Promotional email. Upon enrollment, you will receive periodic email reminders regarding your class.

8-Hour Home Buyer Education Course
Home Buyer Education is a 8-hour course designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to make a successful home purchase. The course is a requirement to receive Down Payment Assistance from the City of Tallahassee.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes are held virtually via the GoToMeeting website or mobile application. Details for joining the virtual classroom are delivered to the email address you provide when you register for the class. The training materials will be available at a later date, and no payment is required to register for the class at this time.
