2020 Home Buyer Education Course Schedule

Location: VIRTUAL MEETING ROOM VIA GoToMeeting. Details will be delivered to your email address you registered with on joining the virtual online classroom.


Please be advised. If you do not have an email address you will need to call our office at  850.222.6609 x 100 to register for the class, be sure you click the Buy Now button to pay for your training materials prior to calling.

Steps To Register:

1) Complete the application below and submit.

2) Pay for the class via our secured payment system PayPal or come by our office.

3) Bring the receipt of payment to the class or to our office in exchange for your training materials.

MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER BY COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW FIRST

 Attendance is REQUIRED in order to receive Down Payment Assistance from the City of Tallahassee. Classes are FREE however there is a minimal charge of $25 per household for the class training materials. If you Prepay for your training materials online than you will incur a $1.05 fee bringing your total to $26.05.


For Wednesday/ Thursday classes registration will end at 2 pm Monday that week. For the Saturday classes, registration will end at 2 pm Thursday that week. The training materials are REQUIREDfor class and PAYMENT MUST BE MADEin order to register. You can pay by cash, check, money orders, debit, or credit cards in the office or you can pay via credit or debit online below.DUE TO COVID-19 the training materials will be available at a later date and no payment to register is required at this time.
